Functional Fitness Class
Group classes designed to create a holsitically healthy human. Build community while creating a strong, capable body. Our goal is strength, flexibility and stability.
Trans Masculine/ Nonbinary Class
Weekly class designed to help create that "dorito chip body" - upper body development and masculinization of chest, arms, shoulder and back
Power Lifting
Some people are just built different. If lifting heavy is your jam, we've got you covered. We run the Juggernaut Powerlifting programming to create absolute beasts.
Personal Training
Coaches Styler, Jae and Liv are trauma informed trainers who specialize in clients with complex codiagnoses, especially those that especially affect the queer community.
Pilates
Weekly restorative class designed to support your body by increasing overall flexibility and stability through your core and supporting muscles.
Trans Feminine/ nonbinary class
Twice a month class dedicated to helping trans women and nonbinary folks develop a more feminine shape though muscle development and adipose redistribution.
